hey what up it’s your girl MD in today’s video we’re going to be doing something a little bit different if you follow me on instagram you may or may not know that I’ve been doing keto for the last few months and working out like crazy shout out to the 16 pounds that I’ve already lost I recently received this airfryer by new air I’ve wanted one for a really long time now so I was really excited to try it out so I decided to put this bad boy to the test and I’m going to cook all of my Aikido friendly meals of the day in this airfryer I should probably also note that the only meat that I’ve been eating for a little over a year now is fish so I’ve had to get extremely creative when it comes to my Aikido meal this is where the drawer is located and the basket where you put all your food in you can either like set it to your own setting like time and temperature or they also have manual setting so it has like got fries shrimp dessert a whole bunch of soap for breakfast I’m eating half of a green bell pepper I’m tossing it in a 1 tablespoon of avocado oil and this Creole seasoning and then I am obsessed with by the way I got this recipe from a makeup by Shayla so if you watch her videos and this looks familiar that’s where I got it from so good but I’m going to put this in the airfryer I typically have an egg or two and a meat substitute this is the beyond meat sub I see a sausage so I’m also going to throw that in with my bell peppers as well and see how it turns up so you just put all the items in the basket and then you close the little door and turned up usually the last minute or so I will add 2 to 3 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese so I don’t know I’m just going to put this in the last like 3 minutes and see what happens hopefully that’s not too much time I think I would want my cheese to cook a little bit less so I guess next time maybe I would put it in maybe the last minute but it works and I’m pretty impressed usually midday I have some type of fat bomb for a snack but today I’m going to try and make these zucchini chips so in a bowl I have almond flour Parmesan cheese Italian seasoning salt pepper garlic and onion powder I’m gonna mix that all together and then we’re going to dip our slices of zucchini into the egg and then dip it into the mixture back and forth until it’s nice and coated [Music] once we have them all dipped and ready to go I’m going to place them in the basket village is a little avocado oil on top and pop them in for eight minutes and here is how they turned out you can totally dip them in something as well so if you want to make some type of sauce or something or even maybe leave them in a little bit longer to get a little crispy okay for dinner I typically like to eat a salad so spinach grape tomatoes red onions and feta cheese [Music] [Music] and for my protein I’m going to be making salmon the seasonings that I use is this Creole seasoning a pinch of salt onion powder garlic powder dark chili powder and Italian seasoning this is the only way that I like my salmon like for the longest time I couldn’t stand eating it and I just randomly figured out a way that I cook it but I like it and typically I load my pan up with butter and go to work so we’re going to see how this goes again i drizzled a little avocado oil on top and put it in [Music] y’all it came out so good I was nervous because this is about to mess up my entire dinner if this wouldn’t come out right but two thumbs up for my dressing I use avocado oil and red wine vinegar and to round off my date I’m gonna have some halo top ice cream so that is what I ate today if you guys would like me to do more keto or eating or cooking videos let me know down below I’m totally open to that like always I love you I appreciate you and I will see you guys in the next video bye [Music]
